By using Earth Tag, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our game.

2. Age Requirements

Earth Tag is available to Meta Quest users who meet Meta's age requirements:

• Quest Pro, Quest 2, Quest 3 users: Must be at least 10 years old using a Parent-Managed Account
• All users must comply with Meta's terms of service and age requirements

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Earth Tag for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Cheat or use unauthorized modifications
• Harass, bully, or harm other players
• Use the game for commercial purposes
• Attempt to circumvent any game restrictions
• Use exploits or bugs to gain unfair advantages
• Share inappropriate or offensive content

5. Health and Safety

WARNING: Please be aware of your surroundings while playing Earth Tag.

• Ensure you have adequate space to play
• Take regular breaks to prevent fatigue
• Stop playing if you experience any discomfort
• Follow all Quest safety guidelines

6. User Content

When using voice chat or any communication features, you agree not to share:

• Offensive or inappropriate content
• Personal information of others
• Content that violates others' rights
• False or misleading information

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Earth Tag at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

EARTH TAG IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the date at the top of these Terms.
